I’ve got a problem with my Sky Player on my Desktop. Whenever I try to run this, I just get an error. And that is:
'An error has occurred. If the problem continues check the Sky Player FAQs at skyplayer.com/help.'
I also signed up to the website, but I didn’t get any error code. So, I need some ideas for this issue. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Problem encountered with my Sky Player
I will give you possible solutions for your problem:
1. Please update your antivirus and have a full system scan (You must have a Good and trusted antivirus I recommend using Kaspersky and Norton).
2. Have a registry cleaner and fixer. I will give you a link on the program that I am using:
Please download and install the program and Run it. Click on the registry and scan for issues and it will fix it.
3. Try reinstalling the sky player (but I recommend you to download the latest version of sky player that is available in the internet).
