I am having trouble while downloading “RPD Dispatch Episode 13 – B Roll”. You can see the following attached error image. How can I solve this annoying error? Is there anybody who experienced this weird error message? Suggest me a solution.

I’m not sure if you can really download that MP3 file because to begin with the link where the file can supposedly be downloaded is no longer available and the truth is the site is restricted and I’m not sure what the reason is. Visiting the address “video.the-horror.com” will direct you to a blank page with a big background image saying “access restricted” and will play a creepy background music. See image.
