Problem in creating web galleries using Adobe Bridge CS5

I want to create web galleries in Adobe Bridge CS5 for my clients to view their photo shoots online.

Bridge is working fine and it creates the gallery ok, but when I use the upload from Bridge to FTP Server function, I get an error message. And in my directory, I've created a folder that I'd like all my web galleries to end up. This is the path: /public_html/glennjohnsondesign.com/web gallery.

I've also tried uploading the whole downloaded web gallery folder manually to my site via FileZilla, but I still can't work out how to get it going.

Can anyone help me please?

The first thing that comes to mind is that maybe the server that you are using to host your website does not allow FTP access like that to the software. This can be possible if the server is having a customized content management system as a service.

If a system has its own content management system that it has also its own content delivery network too to provide additional features like that. You can use the image uploading service of the system instead of using FileZilla or the bridge and upload the images successfully.

If you still get any error, then it means that there is something wrong at the server side, since all the possibilities at your end are dealt with and there is no room for any other problem to occur.

Hello Tammy,

What kind of error exactly are you getting? It will have been easier to troubleshoot its causes if you  had  posted because it could be caused by several reasons. You might want to check the ports you are using when uploading using FileZilla and ensure that they have been entered correctly.

Nicke
