Problem connecting to LAN on my PC?

Hi guys,

I'm trying to connect to LAN network but experiencing problems with it. I use LAN it worked fine until today earlier I tried again to connect to LAN but it asked for username and password I gave it, but still it won't connects me saying wrong username. Please let me know how to fix it.

I think what you mean by connecting to LAN is that you want to map to a remote drive over your local area network. If you want to map your computer to another remote drive on your network and it requires a username and password, make sure the drive you are mapping still has your username and password or the username and password you are using is correct.

If the remote computer still responds with an incorrect username then somebody must have removed your username and password. You need to ask your network administrator to add your username and password to the remote computer where you are connecting to so you can map the drive again. You will not be able to connect to the remote drive if your username and password is not recognized.

Also, if the remote drive or remote computer doesn’t ask for a username and password before and you can freely connect to it then you really need to ask for assistance so your username and password can be added on the computer. Maybe they decided to protect the drive so only recognized users will be able to access the files.
