Problem Clearing flag and flagging messages

Hi,

I’m having trouble with Outlook. I have recently updated my Google app sync.

Outlook doesn't allow me to clear flag nor flag any messages. I always receive an error.

The same problem is in my laptop and desktop computers.

Please help me find a solution.

If this is the first time it happened with your Microsoft Office Outlook, try restarting your computer then try it again. If it still fails, here is how to properly flag a message using Microsoft Office Outlook.

  1. In the message or in the contact, click Follow Up.
  2. In the Flag to list, type the text you want or just select it from the list.
  3. In the Flag color list, select the color you want. [The Flag color option is not available in contacts.
  4. In the Due by boxes, enter the date and time.

Here’s how you can clear the flag.

  1. In the message or in the contact, click Follow Up.
  2. Click Clear Flag.
