After installing bitdefender in my computer I am facing problem with bitdefender certificate authority. I cannot open some secure website. Bitdefender CA not approved some of secure website I used before install it in my computer. Â I tested the same network with other computer and it works well secure website Is there any solution?
Greetings Russel! The problem may be because the software detected the web site is not secure or has an expired certificate. Try checking your system's date and time because some site certificates check the time and if it is before or after the time it will detect that something is wrong. If the problem is still there, try removing BitDefender and check the site. If everything is back to normal, you may need to change your antivirus to other alternatives. Cheers!
