I was trying to install AutoCAD Architecture 2012 on Windows 7 X64, the following 2 errors came up during the installation. Is there a way to prevent this so that I could continue installing it? I’m already logged on as Administrator. Well it is the only account in my computer.

Error 1303. The installer has insufficient privileges to access this directory: C:\Program Files\Autodesk\AutoCAD Architecture 2012\Sample. The installation cannot continue. Log on as administrator or contact your system administrator.

You don't have the rights and privileges to install a software on the machine. If you are trying to install a software on a Windows 7 64 bit machine. Right Click on it and Select run as administrator.
Even if you are using an Administrator account you need to run the application as Administrator. Some installation programs run only as a user and needs to run as administrator manually.
