I can't get any sound also, what should I do?

Hi,

I have discovered several solutions to resolve this matter. This error can be occurred when the start type for the audio driver is disabled in the Windows registry. You need to uninstall the driver using device manager, then go to ‘Scan for hardware changes‘ and reinstall or upgrade the driver.

You can also do this by accessing the properties of the audio device driver and select Troubleshooting Wizard. This feature will allow you to reinstall the audio driver.

If above solutions are unsuccessful, you can manually change the registry by logging as an Administrator to your PC.

Click Start -> Run ->Type regedit and click Ok.

Navigate to the following registry entry by browsing: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCURRENTCONTROLSETCONTROLCLASS{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}.

Select the Upper Filters, in the right pane and delete it. Confirm for the deletion by clicking yes. Then locate Lower filters and do the same. Exit Registry Editor and reboot the PC (Please create a registry back up before attempting this for safety).

Driver error code32

A driver (service) for this device has been disabled. An alternate driver may be providing this functionality.

Cause of driver error code 32

The start type for this driver is set to disabled in the registry.

Recommended solution of driver error code32

Reinstall the driver for this device. If this does not work, you might have to change the device start type parameter in the registry.

Uninstall and reinstall the driver

Uninstall the driver from Device Manager, and then scan for new hardware to install the driver again.

You may be prompted to provide the path of the driver. Windows may have the driver built-in, or may still have the driver files installed from the last time that you set up the device. However, sometimes, it will open the New Hardware Wizard which may ask for the driver. If you are asked for the driver and you do not have it, you can try to download the latest driver from the hardware vendor’s Web site.

  • 1. On the device Properties dialog box, click the Driver tab, and then click Uninstall. Follow the instructions.
  • 2. Restart your computer.
  • 3. Open Device Manager, click Action, and then click Scan for hardware changes. Follow the instructions.

Tips: We highly recommend you download the driver update tool to help you update PC device drivers automatically.
