I got the message UNDOCUMENTED ERROR CODE when I played the game Sudden Strike. I got this message after I’ve installed XP Home which includes the service pack 2. I did not experience this before. It is only this time, after the XP Home installation, that I encountered this problem. Please help me in determining what could be the possible cause for this problem and how can I probably fix it. Thank you.

Problem after XP Home installation
Hallo Aekan,
I suspect that maybe the possible cause of the problem that you are receiving is caused by the windows version that you are running. Since the game did not have problems on windows xp service pack 1, then it seems that the game is meant for this windows version and therefore it cannot execute on windows xp sp2.
What this means is that you will need to reinstall windows xp sp1 to be able to use the game again or go online and look for the same game but which is supported by windows xp sp2 and download it.
