Printing Error in HP Deskjet 930c

Hi.

I need help regarding printing an image. I use Windows OS and I have a HP deskjet 930C Printer. I use Kodak Imaging software and load in a document. I create annotations and start printing. I get an error message.

I thought of updating the HP printer driver in the HP website. I only find this error message in this Kodak software, all of them are tif files. I need any suggestions or solutions. Thanks. Here is the error message:

"There was an Error printing to LPT1: for the printer HP deskjet 930C Printer.

There was a problems printing to the printer due to an unknown system error."

Thanks.

Try going to "Add Printer", select a local printer, select the proper port, then when the list of printers comes up select "Windows Update".

This will take several minutes without any visible progress indicator, but once it completes you should have the "HP Deskjet 930C/932C/935C" available as a choice under the "HP" (not Hewlett Packard) section.

I have many possible solutions for the problem that you are encountering you may follow the steps that I will give you and try it on your computer. (before doing this check your printer if it is recognized by the computer go to start>control panel> printers see there if you will see your printer)

1. If you have other ports beside lpt1 try in on the other port if it will work

2. Try the printer on other computers. (Install the driver of your printer you might forget)

3. If the other solution above still doesn’t work try changing your connector between the pc and the printer if it is faulty or not.

4. Try updating your system software and driver.

I reinstalled the drivers of my printer manually. Then, I reboot my system, now my printer is working again.
