Printer not printing graphics in color only black and white

Dear Experts,

I have Visio graphics in my word document and I am having trouble printing it in color. It comes out perfect when printed in black and white but the Visio graphics are not printed out when I print in color. I printed the document on another computer and was able to print it in color including the Visio graphics. It only happens on my computer once in a while but I don't know why. I would appreciate it if anyone can tell me what the problem might be and give me an idea on how I can fix it. Thanks again.

This is an error that can be obtain after installing Microsoft XP Service Pack 2. The problem is now corrected in the Office XP Service Pack 3. To fix the issue, download and install the Office XP Service Pack 3. Also, you might need to install Windows Installer 2.0 in order for you to install the Office XP Service Pack 3.

Do not forget to double check your printer settings and preferences. Your printer might be set to use black cartridge only when printing. You can go to control panel and then right click the printer you are using. Select Properties and then Printing Preferences. In the Color tab, select the Print in color under the Color Options.
