Hi friend, actually my experience about printers is not so good but even I know some thing about printers and my experience says that there is a problem of the inkjet cartilage. I mean to say that there is a problem of the cartilage and you should first of all see that the socket of the ink jet is properly attached with the computer and that printer shows that the cartilage is attached to the printer. Another way is that you can check that cartilage in any other computer with a printer because may be your printer create a hindrance to connect the cartilage with the computer.

Thanks.

Epson inkjet printers record some data on the chipset attached to your inkjet cartridge. You may found a tiny green printed circuit board just in from of the cartridge. The printer saves counter in this chipset and if the cartridge goes empty a data will be save on the chipset indicating the cartridge is empty. You need to reset that chipset so that your printer will recognize your refilled cartridge as a new cartridge.

I am using a Epson printer reset. This is software installed to your computer where the printer is connected. By just running the software I can reset all counters in my printer in just a few clicks. Try downloading the software.
