Hi,

Premiere Pro encounters this error when calculates the progress. It happens every time and I did a research on the Internet for solution and it says something about free space. I have plenty of free space on my HDD and I don’t think that this is the problem. Can anyone help me please to fix this error ?

Thank you !

Since the error occurred while the project is being analyzed, I guess you should check if your computer meets the requirements. Since you are using Adobe Premiere Pro, you should already know that video editing applications require big RAM and hard drive free space. You should also check your video card if it is compatible because there are video editing applications that require a specific feature in the video card and will not run without it.

If you are using Adobe Premiere Pro CS6, it supports Mac OS X 10.6.8 Snow Leopard, 10.7 Lion, 10.8 Mountain Lion, and 10.9 Mavericks. The minimum required RAM is 4 GB but it is recommended to have 8 GB for optimal performance. If your RAM is a little lower than 4 GB, you might still be able to run it but in a much sluggish phase.

If you received that error because you have a much lower RAM then you should add more RAM to your computer. You should also make sure your hard drive free space is way above 4 GB because when loading a project in Adobe Premiere Pro, the program may eat additional space to manage the entire video.

The bigger the video, the higher additional space it may require. In Adobe Premiere Pro CS6, your video card should support OpenGL 2.0.
