PowerPoint files are not showing properly on the Galaxy Note Tablet

Hello,

I have created one PowerPoint Presentation by using Microsoft Office 2010. Just I used basic templates and very standard fonts and colors. I have sent that file by e-mail. When I open that file on my laptop, it is showing properly.

But When I am opening on my latest version Samsung Galaxy Note Tablet 10.1 (which is using default Android OS Jellybean 4.2.2) it is not showing in the proper order. The text boxes are coming down and colors also not showing. I have checked Microsoft updating on my Note, everything is up-to-date. But don't understand where is the problem.

Can somebody suggest me how to fix this issue? Thanks lot in advance.

PowerPoint files are not supported by your tablet model. Every extension starting from PPT, PPS, PPTX, PPSX are not supported and must be converted in order for you to view them.

Your Samsung Galaxy Note supports MP4 format files. The only solution is to convert you PowerPoint files into compatible MP4 files by using a program called PowerPoint to Video which will offer you the possibility to view your PowerPoint files just like in a presentation.

First, download the software from the link provided by me, and then install it.

Open the program and then click on the "Add" button so you can import your PowerPoint files.

Now you have to choose your output settings for your tablet. From the "Profile" drop-down list, choose a video format compatible with your tablet; for example select "HD Video" and then use the HD H.254 MPEG-4 AVC Video.

After you have selected the necessary options, click the "Start" button and wait for the conversion process to finish. Now you will be able to put the new  MP4 file on the tablet and use it as a presentation.
