My problem applies to PowerPoint 2007 printing issue. I am trying to print Comments, so I choose Print Comments and then hit Ink Markup in Print Preview. The problem is when printing only the sign of Comments is printed. The content is not printed. How can I fix it?

When you click on print preview do you see the comments displayed as part of the document to be printed? If they are displayed then there should be a problem with the printer settings. You have for instance to print in letter head when the document you are printing is an A4.
Otherwise check the margin settings of your document, ensure that the comments are set within the printable margin because when they are out of the margins, they may be displayed in the print preview but they will not come out well after you print the hard copy.
