I installed on my Lenovo laptop this program Power DVD version number 10. The installation worked just fine but when I tried to open the program this error appeared on my desktop. Any solution for this error ? What is causing this error ?

Power DVD fails to open after installation
If you are installing CyberLink PowerDVD 10, make sure you meet all the requirements. You got this error probably because of a damaged installer and also maybe due to incompatibility. For CyberLink PowerDVD 10, you should be using Windows XP Service Pack 3, Windows Vista, or Windows 7. Microsoft Windows 8 is not supported as well as Microsoft Windows earlier than Windows XP.
In case you are using Windows XP but on the lower Service Pack, download Windows XP Service Pack 3. Once downloaded, navigate to the download folder and double-click the installer. This will update your operating system to Service Pack 3. When you are prompted, restart your computer to finish the update. If you want to download the installer again, visit CyberLink PowerDVD 10.0.2325.
