Hi Pro,

I downloaded the Pot Player update files from the official website. The process went well, but the problem triggered while installing. When I try update, it throws me an error alert, unhandled exception occurred. How to handle this error? The program terminated without any information when I click ok button. Please help me to solve this error. Thanks.

If you have PotPlayer 1.5.45955 and you downloaded the update version 1.6.46264 which was released just this March 2014, make sure the full PotPlayer 1.5.45955 is still installed when you run the update installer. This PotPlayer update requires that the full PotPlayer application is installed. If not and you already uninstalled the player then applying or running the update program will not work.

If you have a different version of the player different from this one, download the latest version from PotPlayer 1.5.45955 – 1.6.46264 Update. When downloading, download both files: the PotPlayer 1.5.45955 client and the PotPlayer 1.6.46264 update file. See image.

This is the English version of the player because the PotPlayer official website is in Korean and downloading there will give you the Korean version of PotPlayer. Supposedly, PotPlayer supports all versions of Microsoft Windows. See if this fixes your problem.
