Postgre SQL post-installation problem occurred

Hi Experts,

I tried several times to install Postgre. I could not complete it for an error message. Have a look at the error message below.
 
It stopped installation throwing the error message. I do not find any reason for this issue.
 
Have you any idea for the issue?

If you are using Windows 7 64bit version, you will be getting the same error again and again if you will install Postgresql version 8.3 or above because it has this bug while installing it on windows 7 64bit version. It is recommended to download Postrgresql version 8.2 or older. You can download this Postgresql version 8.2.20 from below URL.
