I think my PC needs to be cleaned because many pages are loading in a very weird manner. Even secure pages like Hotmail and gmail do not look like the original pages do. I believe this is a virus intended to steal my login information. I have updated the sysinfo and now I would like to know how I can clean the computer out. I know clean up software may turn out to be virus too so I need genuine help.

If that is how web pages look on your web browser then I guess you have a spyware on your computer. A spyware is a kind of malware that steals personal and important information from a user and sends it to another computer where it is collected. The author of the malware uses that information for various purposes especially financial transactions if the malware successfully obtains the banking or financial information of the user.

Spyware can be removed using an antivirus. Try updating your antivirus then run a full system scan on your computer. A full system scan will normally scan all the drives on the computer. After the scan, open Windows Explorer then click Tools and then Folder Options. Select View tab. Scroll down a little bit then select “Show hidden files and folders” and then uncheck “Hide protected operating system files” then click OK.

Go to drive C, right-click System Volume Information folder, point to your antivirus, and then select Scan. This is just to make sure that no virus is hiding inside the folder. This is the folder that most viruses infect. If you have a hard time removing the virus, try using the Sophos Virus Removal Tool.

Use it to remove the virus on your computer. There is also no problem if you already have an antivirus. The tool works alongside any antivirus program you may have.
