Hello,

I get this error message whenever I make a click on any items in BCM but the problems are not caused by this, just it keeps popping up and disappears when hit 'OK' …

When you change or update a contact or contacts from your Microsoft Outlook it directly access the information from the mail server then updates it.

If you encounter this error and the dialog box keeps popping up, try checking if you have a good internet connection. You can try accessing your contacts using a web browser just to check if your internet connection is still ok.

If the connection is good enough then maybe the problem is within the Microsoft Outlook application. Try uninstalling and then reinstalling the application just to restore its configurations back to default including the settings that you might have customized.

If reinstalling didn’t work, try checking your computer for any possible errors. Use a disk utility application to check your system. For a much thorough diagnostics on the system, use a disk utility application like Norton Utilities or PC Tools Performance Toolkit.

You may also try upgrading your Microsoft Outlook if you are still using an older version.
