Netflix suddenly stopped working while watching a video and it gives Netflix error code 1016. After this, my PC hangs even the mouse and keyboard is unresponsive at times.

It happens when there is an issue in internet connection, the download of Netflix app is not proper. Check your internet connection. Restart the wifi or try switching to a different network. Reboot your device. Uninstall and install the app again.
To reset your device’s wifi connection:
- Click ‘Home’ button.
- Enable the control centre and click on ‘airplane’ to activate the airplane mode.
- After that tap again on that icon to disable it.
- Once it reconnects to the internet, restart the app again.
