Just recently got a Samsung LED TV model UN46EH5000FXZA which is a 46 inch TV. It had a good picture quality in the store. But when I got it all set up at home, its screen quality is not the same as it was in the store. Is there a particular set of settings I need to look into?

Hi!

If you are sure of the set up of cable wire, then one possible factor is the connection  of the wiring especially on your device. It could be that your adaptor did not fit well or maybe it is already defective. It happened to me one time when I thought that my TV monitor was already defective when it served as a monitor of my PC.  The resolution was somehow colored yellowish or greenish. Having warranty lapsed I just tolerated it for several usage since the reception on the TV monitor appears to be good.  This presumption continues until I discovered that only the adaptor used for connection was defective. Changing the cable sustained a better resolution.

But since your TV was newly bought, it is better to contact the service center immediately to prevent voiding the warranty.
