Plugin errors shown on Mac

Greetings,

I have a Macbook Air that runs on Lion 10.7.2 and I wanted to download a plugin called NP_2020Player_IKEA.plugin from https://kitchenplanner.ikea.com/au/UI/Pages/VPUI.htm.

The error that comes up when I try to mount the plug in is shown below.

Error message:

NP_2020Player_IKEA.plugin

Hi

Here is what you need to do. When you get the message error for the plug-in, click on “authenticate”. Then enter your user admin username and password and click ok. In order to complete the installation restart your browser (Command Q) and launch it again.This should solve the problem.
