I have here lots and lots of photos in my Windows 7 OS laptop, and I want to make some photo videos to be uploaded on YouTube, but I don't have necessary program for that. My photos were all in Jpeg Format, and each has about 2mb in size.

If you want to make some photo video, Windows had offered it to you already. You may use their Windows Movie Maker that has installed already by your Windows 7 operating system.
