I installed some new apps on my phone, but every time when I want to access them this error stops me. I don’t know how can I fix this and I reinstalled everything. Is for the first time when I have this error and I am a little bit confused because I don’t know if a problem with my phone or my laptop is. Can anyone tell me how can I fix this ? Why I have this error now ?

Since it’s not clear what phone you are using and on what app store you downloaded the apps, try turning off your phone. After that, open the back cover and remove the battery for about five minutes and the SIM card as well. After this, place the battery back and the back cover but not the SIM card and then start the phone.
If you are prompted to login, sign in with your username and password. If you received an error just ignore it. Turn off your phone again, open the back cover and then remove the battery. Insert the SIM card, place the battery back and then the back cover. Start the phone and then try opening one of the apps you installed and see.
If the app doesn’t work and the rest of the apps are the same, uninstall them. When downloading an app, make sure you download it from a reputable source. If your phone is running on Android, you should always download your apps from Google Play. If you are using an iOS handset, download them from the Mac App Store.
If you’ll be downloading apps from an unknown source, download them first on your computer and then transfer to your phone. You should also check the specifications of the app you are downloading. Make sure the app supports your handset’s operating system.
