I want to insert a music file in my power point file which has 35 slides. The problem is that music file is playing in the first slide only. It has to be played in all the slides. Also I want to insert another music  after completing the first music file played. If it is possible to do these, can you please let me know?

Hi Thyrza,

With regards to your power point problems in playing music, that would be based on your settings on how you linked attachment to your presentation. I believed that the file was linked to the first slide that's the reason why only first slide played music and the rest were not. Make it sure your attachment file is in .WAV, most often it will fail to operate if your not using .WAV files. Some files will difficult to open especially if your computer is not latest. Please go to this link for more solutions Download Link

Thanks,

Abeque

Hi Tyrza,

First of all, let me know the version of MS Powerpoint you are using. If it is MS Powerpoint2007 or 2010,

1. select the inserted audio icon.

2. Click Animation Menu and then choose Custom Animation.

3. In the animation taskpane located on the right side of your screen, right-click the audio icon.

4. Then choose TIMING–>Effect. Choose the options for START PLaying and options for when to STOP PLAYING the audio.

When you add another audio, be sure that you inserted it to the slide which is not the one assigned in the STOP PLAYING option of the first audio so that it will not overlap the first one.

Hope this helps.
