Plaxo bets error while running

I have a somewhat weird error I encountered while using Plaxo, the error message goes

When I saw the error message, I was a little discouraged with the software, somewhat joking to a serious scenario, I have just installed Plaxo to my computer to backup my contacts when this error message came about, I have no idea what to do, there is no reason stated in the error message on the cause of the error,
Please help me with this weird scenario,
