I am planning to invest in a mac. Having been on windows for most of my life, it will be quite daunting to adapt to the new OS. In terms of viruses, i heard that there are no viruses known to have infested the mac OS. Is that still true? But can anyone explain to me the thunderbolt vulnerability. How can it be remedied?

According to sophos report the mac computers have downloaded the anti virus and they found that 20% of mac computers carrying windows malware.
Malware can goes in mac through USB, Email attachment, and unnecessary download .
