Pinnacle game profiler shows error

Hi,

I am just having trouble configuring the controller device using Pinnacle Game Profiler and getting this error message showing “The configuration file for this profile is corrupt!

Pinnacle cannot load the configuration”. If you have any idea then share me please. Thanks.

Hi Guy

The reason why you experience this is because of the changing of Pid and Vid (product id and vendor id) when downloaded the last update. So since Microsoft changed the Pid your computer is telling you that what you have is a different product.

To fix this go to Game profiles, Edit configurations, then use the dropdown box in the upper right corner of the window to move the configuration from old device to new device.
