Hi james,

Your problem is not actually a new one and it occurs many times and many individual suffer by these types of errors. Even I faced this type of situations while opening my email. So now the question is how to solve that problem? So the answer is very simple and that one is you can change your browser and then check your mail in that different browser it must open without showing any type of error but if it shows again the same situation then see at the upper top bar of your mail box there is written show images then press that button you will solve your problem. Also sometimes this problem occurs due to the pop ups so you can also check your browser’s pop-up setting and enable showing of images there and then your problem is solved.

Every email provider has the settings on their web mail that auto-hide attachment pictures, images and other related files that needed graphics.

A simple solution to this is to let the images show, by clicking on show images button in the main thread of the email.

This show images display the pictures, images and other graphics attachment in full. Not in blur or distorted picture but it'll display the color-imaged in light clear.

By allowing pop-up in browser will also let this picture show, on Tools of your browser, and allow pop-up should be anbled is the 2nd best solution to this.

Firewall also needs not to restrict attachment and picture files and images. This has to be in the moderate level of restriction to see the whole content of the email.
