Phrogram v2.5 installer information error 1925

Hi guys,

I am using windows vista OS. I tried to install Phrogram, a commercial programming language yesterday on my system but unfortunately the installation failed. It ended up in an error on the screen.

The screenshot of the error is as follows:

Error 1925.You do not have sufficient privileges to complete this installation for all users of the machine. Log on as an administrator and then refry this installation.

Can anyone please tell me what does this error mean and how can it be fixed?

I'll be really grateful for your guidance.
