Why this problem is regularly happened to me. Every time I close my Adobe Photoshop even if I didn’t do anything on the application, the problem occurs. This was not happened before, It was just happened a few days ago and I can not fix the problem. It says Program Compatibility Assistant, This program might not have installed correctly. Could you please tell me where this problem comes from?

Program Compatibility Assistant – This program might not have installed correctly. If this program didn’t install correctly, try reinstalling using settings that are compatible with this version of Windows.

I have also tried reinstalling the program but the problem still persists. The application works fine, only that error occurring when closing the application.

CRISTINE . This error tells that there are some corrupted files in the folder of the adobe Photoshop where it installed. So you must focus on those files. The solution for you is that you can open the control panel from the start menu and then start add/remove program and then there you found a Photoshop. There you found a button named as uninstall so press that key and then repair that software in a new way and then try to run it if again it shows an error then you can install that software in a new way or simple get a new copy of it .

Thanks.

Hi, the simple solution for this trouble is to just re-install your software. Remove your software fully from add or remove program located in control panel. Then restart your system. Then install it using the recommended settings. If you r using windows7 run the exe file in administrator mode. After installing its best to re-boot (restart) your system again. After doing, start the program in administrator mode, hopefully your software will do just fine.

If it doesn’t then, check if the software is compatible to your system or not. Use latest soft and check its compatibility list. Your software is Adobe Photoshop CS3. There are several updates for this software available, you can also use CS5 version it works fine.

thanks
