My Photoshop is suddenly being all weird as it can't seem to be able to save my files instead its giving error saying that the file is in use or left open. Only Photoshop is using the file! So I don't know what has happened or what to do ! HELP ?

Listen try restarting your computer, and do the same thing that you did if the problem still persist than
Press and hold Ctrl+Alt+Delete, windows task manager will open then Select the running file and press End task.
If any other app is running it you will find it there.
Another way to make this right if the above doesn't work out,
Simply uninstall Photoshop Properly, to uninstall go to Control Panel select ADD or Remove programs than select Photoshop once you you have uninstalled it,
re-install the Photoshop, and it would just work fine.

This is a very peculiar problem. Some say it’s unsolvable while others beg to differ. I can suggest a couple of things that might interest you.
Check if the file is being previewed form the Photoshop browser, windows explorer or any other preview tool.
You can to save as
Try going to the Task mannager and stop processes related to it.
You can download an unlocker tool and unlock the file.
If the problem presents itself often you might also try to repair or reinstall the software.
I hope you can resolve the problem by these means.
