Photomatix is one of my favorite software on image editing, it is easy to use and have many features, I don’t know what's causing this problem, sometimes photomatix stop but sometimes not, any idea?

If you have the serial number to that application, then I will recommend that you just uninstall it, and then download a fresh setup application and use it for reinstallation.
As an alternative, you can just turn off debugging that sometimes causes the Just In Time error to occur.
Another workaround to that issue if the following:

Check if you have any periods before any .xmp file saved presets.
-
In case you have saved a preset with an additional period, it will make tone mapping inoperative.
-
So you will need to make all hidden files and folders and then look for that error and eliminate it.

First option is to try to update the graphics card drivers and then check if your problem is fixed.
A second option is to check if the error has to do with your windows. Try to run a ''Clean Boot''. This helps to eliminate any software conflicts.
A third option is to check the version of framework if it is compatible with the Photomatix.
