Hi

Your phone detects wi-fi but you are unable to get internet connection. You have also written that it is not a password issue. Then the possible solution to look into your wi-fi settings in your phone and try to collect and provide following informations.

IPv4 address
Subnet mask
Default Gateway
DHCP Server
IPv4 DNS Servers
HTTP Proxy address
Proxy port

You have to collect these information from the wi-fi provider and configure manually your phone wi-fi settings. I hope that will be enough for you to connect to internet. Also check that wi-fi version is compatible or not with the wi-fi router.

Vest of luck

Hi,
I have been experiencing the same problem with my wi-fi too. I asked many of my friends but none was able to help me. So I came here looking for help.

I tried following the advice of the expert and manually configured the settings according to the wi-fi provider. It worked and my problem is solved. I would like to thank the expert for his help.
