has anyone tried the "phase-out" app from apple? it says that it can treat people who are suffering a tinnitus orringing in the ear. Is this a free app and how does it work?

Hello Kristi, Phase Out is an app that is FDA approve to helps people do self treatments to eliminate tinnitus also known as ringing of the ear. Dr. Daniel Choy and Dr. Ivan Kaminow created this program in 2000. This app cost is $9.99 according to App store. This app can be viewed with iTunes.3 steps are taken for this treatment (has to be use continually repeatedly)
