I have been using WinRAR unlock 2011, it now prompts me to register it.
But still I go on to use it, am wondering if this in any way affects the performance of the Software on my PC.

It doesn’t affect other software in your PC but it will slow you down when you’re using WinRAR because register prompt will continue popping up every time you use the software.
So it must better for you to register it or in the long run your software will stop working and it will cause you a problem.

Your unregistered WinRAR will not affect the performance of your PC.
The only issue is that the notification window prompting you to register the software will keep on appearing.Â
