I'm using MSI Afterburner to over clock my Graphics Card(nVidia Geforce 210). I've increased the core clock from 520MHz to 600 MHz and memory clock from 533MHz to 600MHz. Is that the right over clock for a Geforce 210 or am I making some mistake. Without a cooler, my GPU hits 60C when ideal.

There is no define ideal value for the over clocking of any graphics card. You  can over clock it to the maximum but you need to take care of the cooling. Also over clocking and heat reduce the life span of the graphics card. So it’s always better to keep the Over clocking value lower in which your purpose will be fulfilled.Â

60C is very high temperature for the GPU. Do not go beyond this. Nvidia Geforce 210 is an old card and 60C temperature is very high for this card. You should not increase the over clocking value from this point. If it is fulfilling your purpose then keep it in this value otherwise reduce it so that your GPU temperature remains below 50C. On 60C your graphics card and GPU will be hampered. You can add extra cooling facility to reduce the temperature.
