We have recently upgraded to People Soft 9 and my processes were thought to be benefitted by it's query scheduler. I have queries that I need to run on weekly and monthly bases and the scheduler will help me not forget any of them. I used the said feature to 7 queries that work with.The weekly queries are automatically running as scheduled. However, those scheduled to run once a month did not run automatically. What could be the problem?

As per your deduction the queries doesn't show when run in monthly schedule. Here are the possible causes of blank query in Peoplesoft 9 system;
a. No PSMonth Period built in Calendar System.
b. No Set up Calendar View Options.
c. Unconfigure TRC (Time Reporting Codes) List.
d. Loaded Vanila Time and Labor Dates.
To isolate your problem above we need to manually check the settings and input requirement details. Here are the solutions;
1. Build and link Monthly Calendar Page to daily and weekly Schedule. Need to ensure that the PSMonth Calendar were loaded so No Error will be encounter in the main screen.
2. Proper Set up of Calendar Options view as T&L or AM. For Navigation Set Up;
2.a T&L Setup ; HRMS -> Product Related -> T&L -> Calendar View Options
2.b AM Setup ; HRMS -> Product Related -> GP&AM ->Integration -> Calendar View Options
3. Configure TRC in the system. Do take note that you can only change the function in TRC if you implement Time & Labour (T&L Setup). If not, calendar functions only work in minimalist state thus generate error while viewing in Calendar.
4. Ensure Loading correct month dates in the system. For Navigation Set up;
4.a T&L Main Menu -> Time and Labor -> Time and Labor Set Up Center -> Time and Labor Set Up -> Build Time Period Calendar. Encode the date you want to extract.
