Hi,

Have your backup restored or get your data repaired by http://dscorp.com/(X(1)S(bj5mj25gxqa5rad3kdb4jool))/default.aspx?AspxAutoDetectCookieSupport=1. (In case you have ended on processes such as; integrity checks, posting, closing a year etc.)

Restart the computer if it locks while you post.

Change to batch posting and post all journals when you End Task on Peachtree during a post. (This may cause the error Period to change to XXXX due to entries that have not been posted, later).

Error 95, as that has occurred happens due to the program being terminated abnormally which is most probably because an error has interrupted the session and because the session is no longer valid.

Therefore, to resolve the problem, you may also try uninstalling Peachtree Quantum and your version of Pervasive PSL workgroup using the control panel, restart and re-try after reinstalling.

Hope it works out.

That is possibly a Pervasive Software network communication error, and therefore it is being caused by a possible communication break across the network that you are on. In that case you will need to check the network connection status, check to make sure that the IP addresses have been configured properly, the DNS and gateway settings too.

The other possible cause of that error could be due to software conflicts that are related to Anti-Virus or Firewall Software that you are using on your system, and therefore you will need to check if the antivirus or firewall is blocking the application. It could be also as a result of hardware issues that are related to a Network Card (NIC), switches, routers, cabling and thus you will need to check and rectify that.
