Hi,

Please check who consumes a lot on your Memory. Press alt>ctrl>delete on the WINDOWS TASK MANAGER, click process and choose the program who are suspiciously spyware. Freeze your computer first before attempting this procedure so that if the program you chosen is not a spyware then you can restart it again. Unfreeze your computer if you really saw the spyware program on the WINDOWS TASK BAR. Select END PROCESS of that particular program and observe if your computer really in progress once it's done next step is to delete the program or uninstall the program on your computer. click>Start>Control Panel>Add and Remove Program>Choose the spyware program you want to delete. Repeat this procedure if you encountering this kind of errors in the future.

Thanks.

You need to workaround these points to solve your problem.

  • Start you computer.
  • While booting you need to press F8 key several time.
  • This will open up a menu which show you more then 8 options.
  • First choose the SAFE mode and then press enter.
  • Once you done your window will boot in safe mode.
  • You can now configure a restore point where you loose your window.
  • This will solve your problem.
  • Also you can run your computer in system recovery point.
  • It will recover any registry error if some in your computer.

After you go though these steps i can say that you will be able to solve your problem.

Try booting your computer using the last known good configuration option. Restart your computer then press F8 before the Windows logo appears. In Advanced Boot Options screen, scroll down and select “Last known good configuration” then hit Enter. If you booted successfully, download Sophos Virus Removal Tool and install it. Once installed, start Sophos then wait for the virus signature database to get updated.

When updating is complete, click to start scanning your computer. Sophos scans everything on your computer including devices connected via USB port. When a virus is found at the end of the scan, remove it then repeat the scan over and over until it no longer detects a virus. Don’t disable your antivirus when using the tool. Sophos works alongside any antivirus program you may have.

Note: this is not an antivirus so don’t use it as replacement for your antivirus. It is just a tool to remove hard-to-detect viruses. It doesn’t have real-time protection like what antivirus programs provide. This tool will automatically stop working when it reaches the end of its usability period. If you want to continue using it, you have to download the program again.
