PC can’t recognized my digital camera

I have a digital camera Sony Cyber shot w120.

When I connect the camera using USB port.

PC show a new hardware found sound. But when I see my device manager its I can’t find my digital camera.

I see all option of the device manager, but its not get. PC cannot recognize the Camera.

And I can’t access my camera.

How can I access my camera?

It sounds as if the USB ports are likely disabled or there is a problem with the drivers in your system. It is most probably a software issue as opposed to a hardware issue.

First unplug and remove the battery on a laptop, press the power button for 5 seconds. Leave it for 3 minutes and try the USB again.

If that does not work, then remove all USB devices.

Restart your system in *Safe Mode*.

Open the Device Manager, by clicking at Start, and then click Control Panel. Double mouse click System. On the Hardware tab, click at Device Manager.

Double click  at USB Controllers. Right click on the Host Controller, click Uninstall and click OK for each instance. Don't worry, Windows will re-build them.

Now restart your system normally and try again.

I hope your system will recognize your digital camera now.
