It also makes managing the employee’s payroll less complicated. Thus, you need to keep the pay check stub template for Excel handy with the proper format. The pay check template for Excel is present in the .xlt format. In the header, the logo of the company can be placed.
Also, the text related to the employees and the business needs to be filled in the header. Next, there are templates provided such as- In the first table, you need to place the description, rate, no of hours worked, total for some payment types which can be regular, overtime or holiday. The second table consists of deductions that have been made are indicated for the current pay period. There is a column present at the bottom of the template too which indicates the amount deposited in the employee’s bank account for the period.
