Panorama: 404 Error When Publishing My Website

Hi, I need help on this:

I have done some research on Google and also on the Panorama website, but I can't seem to find the answer so I am turning to you guys!  When I try to publish my panorama website, I get the following message

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /images/MewsPanorama/MewsPanorama.html on this server.

While trying to handle the request using an error document, a 404 not found error occurred.

Panorama: 404 Error When Publishing My Website

Hi Centic Branson.
Go to your web hosting site and login your account in cPanel (in most cases).
Then open your File Manager and navigate to the file ‘/images/MewsPanorama/MewsPanorama.html’ or just the folder ‘images’.
Highlight the file or the ‘images’ folder and select ‘Change Permissions’ menu of the File Manager.
A box will appear and check the Read and Execute check box and Click ‘Change Permissions’ to apply the changes.
Now try to visit again the site and it should work now.
