I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 which I have installed Pandora music player, but this application is not playing songs continuously, I have to manually press play after each song,I have used the same app on other Android devices and it was not behaving this way. What could be the problem? How do I sort this one out?
Well by reading your problem it seems to me that there is a pandora program issue and this should be addressed to a technical person on their end who will help to solve. In the mean time what you can do is try to uninstall and reinstall your application . Do you have javascript enabled ? Or, check out the squeezebox.
If you have the same app on another Android device and it is working properly there, check the settings of the app installed on your device. Check the playback settings and uncheck or disable any setting for “Manual” playback. All media players are designed to playback the next file or item when the current item is finished playing.
When “manual” playback is enabled, playback will stop after every file when the song ends. To play the next song or file, you have to select it and play it manually. If you have many songs on the list, you have to advance or go to the next song and play it and this is tedious.
If you changed something in the setting that caused this problem and you don’t know what it is, uninstall the app from your device and download the latest version to restore all the settings back to default. Download the latest Pandora on the Google Play store.
