Hi,
Panda Cloud Pro showed up today on my desktop this unexpected error. It worked just fine until today with this error. Can anyone tell me please why I have this error ? What is causing this error ?

I guess this is a bug on Panda Cloud antivirus. Try restarting your computer and see if Panda Cloud will start normally again. If you still see the same error after rebooting your computer, reinstall the antivirus. Uninstall Panda Cloud Pro then restart the machine. Next, click Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools then select Disk Cleanup.
Select drive C then click OK. Check “Temporary files” and “Setup Log Files”, click OK then click Delete Files. Restart the computer again then install Panda Cloud Pro back. See if it works. Unlike other antivirus programs, Panda Cloud doesn’t require updating to have the latest virus definition. It directly accesses the server while scanning and monitoring your machine for the latest threats.
That’s why, when using Panda Cloud, it is best if your computer is connected to the internet. But even if you go offline, the virus information currently stored on your computer is more than enough to maintain the security of your system.
