I installed ‘Document To Go’ in my PC and tried to open ‘Palm Desktop’.

But an error message popped up – ‘

Error: Exreprt.exe module cannot be found.

I don’t know how to solve the issue and decided to share it here.

I highly appreciate your suggestion concerning the issue.

That is a problem caused by setup program that you have used to perform the installation.

It could be having the following problems:

  • It is a beta version hence lacking important components in the application database, and therefore you will need to get a full version.
  • The application is not compatible with the current operating system that you are using, and therefore you will need to check the system specifications and download the correct application that can run on that operating system.
  • The installation problems had problems, and therefore reinstalling the application may fix the problem.

I will therefore suggest that you start reinstalling the application before you try the other options.

Hello,

I can see the problem of your Document to Go in your machine it seems that the error that pop-up to you application, maybe there is a corrupted system files.

Go to the start menu then go to rum menu simply type this: Regedit and just click ok and then click the Plus signs to negative within registry then verify the section value within selected registry the key is Expreprt.exe.

After that just select the folder then simply verify the path from the select folder then uninstall the Palm and restart your machine, then reinstall it again simply try on that.
