I have a problem in using Internet Explore. There is a calculation sheet online that calculates the final total based on the markup percentage. This markup percentage is input by me.

When i put a value for the first time and press update the changes are reflected. The second time i input the value and press submit, i see the old page again! After trying 2 more times i was able to get the changes reflected on the web page. Before that i kept seeing the old page over and over again.

Could this be a problem with Internet Explorer?

As you are using internet explorer you will have to follow these simple steps. Click start/All programs/accessories. Right click command prompt and select run as administrator. Now in command prompt widow type (SFC/SACNNOW) and press enter. After the scan has completed close the prompt window and restart your computer.

Hope this will help you or you can also try to optimize your browser and check for the problem.

If you use Microsoft Internet Explorer to do your online calculations but the page does not update normally, try to update the browser first. Unfortunately, at the moment, only Windows 7, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10 users can update Microsoft Internet Explorer from the Microsoft website. Users with Windows XP and Windows Vista are no longer provided with an update to the browser.

If you are using Windows 8, you should update your operating system to Windows 8.1 to download an update for Microsoft Internet Explorer. If you are still using a supported operating system, go to Microsoft Internet Explorer Downloads and download an update for your browser. Select your correct operating system from the dropdown list to display the correct download.

Once Microsoft Internet Explorer is updated, try your online calculations again then see if it works. If this doesn’t work, just use a different browser like Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, SeaMonkey, and Opera.
