I think you’re having the same problem similar to the bugs in some computer brand.  The “-‘ is not a valid option is because your Operating System which is Windows, uses the comma as a delimiter for numeric input and your computer whatever brand that is, is expecting a decimal point.

So, you’re seeing an error since the program/software is not flexible to work with different localizations of the Operating System.

Now, go to Control Panel/Regional Settings/Number/Decimal Symbol and change it from “-” to “.”

I am hoping the above instruction will help you with your concern, problem or issue.

It mean that you are entering a non valid data in some data fields. It may be because of you are not entering a valid data that is of integer type and you are integer some value that is not integer. So you can just enter the numeric data that is form 0- 9 and you will not get this message again.
Also there are number of reasons that can cause this problem. You need to check that there is no virus infection in your system and you are not getting any error due to some virus in your computer. So you can run a full virus scan to see these errors. I hope once you have run a full scan to your computer you will be able to solve this problem.
