Hi guys,
New users have not yet got Outlook as an email client after we upgraded to Exchange 2010.
I have doubt whether there is a chance to import address book from CSV or text file to OWA or all have to do is like manually entering them in Outlook Web Access?

It is possible to import contact from .csv file to OWA. Don't manually do it. To do this please follow these steps.

Open OWA.

Click “File” menu then Click “Import and Export”

Choose “Import from another program or file” then click “Next” button.

Choose from the list “Comma Separated Values”

Browse the file you want to import then choose from the options below how you will import the contacts.

Click Next Button.

Select Destination folder you want to import the CSV file for example to your Contacts then click Contact from the list then clickck next button then click “Finish” button
